The Immortal Rules
Brilliantly written, great world building, captivating, thrilling, lots of action and suspense, engaging and I loved it! Despite all the distractions my way (being on a quick vacay), at the end of the day, no matter how tired, I always looked forward to picking up where I stopped.
I love how Allison, the heroine's character's is written in a most relatable and likeable kind of way.
And no, I did not like Stick, but again it showed the lowest scum a "supposedly" friend can be and that you cannot change it's nature.
I love Ezekiel a.k.a. Zeke... I have high hopes of hearing more of him on the next books.
I love how the author or the story describe what vampires are.... that they are monsters, a predator, but what kind of monster is up to them (well, for a change... it doesn't make you more beautiful when you turned vampire or something like that)... set in a dystopian world... written in an uncomplicated way that it is so easy to get caught into.
